1、Radiation curing ink （LED-UV/EB）

The Business Printing Low Energy UV curing series are a UV ink suitable for ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED-UV) curing. Their color clarity, overprint performance, dot reproducibility is good. High-gloss products can have printing effects similar to those of oil-based ink. This series are also suitable for other UV curing systems (H-UV, ECHO-UV, LE-UV) or reduce the number of UV lamps to save energy.

Compared to traditional UV ink, MontAge α WEB series have better ink-water balance and anti-misting.

Compared to the traditional rotary inks, MontAge α WEB series have sharp dot reproduction and non- dry dark which solve the problem of thin paper show-through.

Compared to heat-set rotary inks, The scheme that using UV-LED cold light source curing technology to replace commercial web print burning natural gas has great advantages of energy saving and low VOC emission. It can completely solve the problems of paper wavy pattern and inner page expansion.

Compared with the cold-set rotary ink, this series inks printing completely solve the bottleneck problem of folding set-off of the cold-set printing, and can quickly carry out automatic baling after printing. Instructions and precautions

Suitable for printing on the substrates of coated paper, matte paper and offset paper.

The match of printing speed and lamp power need to be tested before using.

It is recommended to use UV cleaning agent to clean rubber roller and forbidden to use common ink cleaning agent to clean UV rubber roller.
